Hockey Canada is soliciting applications from coaches interested in coaching in the Women’s High Performance programs during the next 4 year Olympic cycle. This document outlines the High Performance Program content for the 2010-2011 season, the application and selection criteria and the application process.

Qualified coaches are invited to submit an application of interest to Hockey Canada’s Calgary office. Complete application packages must be received on/or before May 28, 2010, 23:59 MST.  Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications will be handled in the strictest confidence, with all material submitted becoming the property of Hockey Canada.

Hockey Canada acknowledges that the volunteer commitment to be a member of the Women’s High Performance Program Coaching Pool is significant.  For this reason, the Coaching Pool is designed to be a development opportunity for those coaches interested in growing and learning.

Hockey Canada’s priority will be to select applicants who are interested in making a four year commitment and who are prepared to take their experiences back to Hockey Canada’s branches and positively impact the game at all levels.
