[OWHA By-Law Article
Seven (G - Membership]: All competitive teams, except
Senior competitive must submit to their Regional Director
properly completed game reports of all games played through
December 15th by December 17th (Form A).
Form A must list the OWHA team numbers of opposing teams. Senior
competitive teams must submit their Form A of all games played
by December 1st. Form B’s for competitive teams will
be required to be submitted upon request only. Failure to submit
reports and/or properly completed forms on time will result in the
following fines and sanctions and may result in rendering the team
ineligible for Provincials or render the team as a team not in good
standing.

[OWHA Regulation
One (B)(i)] All game results (league, exhibition, tournament)
must be submitted to the Regional Director on the Request for Re-Categorization
Form, from each team. Teams requesting re-categorization
must include a minimum of five OWHA sanctioned games against at least
three different teams in their currently registered category.
One or two games may be against teams of a higher category and the
rest of the five games being against teams in their registered category.
