SELECTION CRITERIA

THE NOMINEE:

• Must have attained Level III of the Hockey Trainers’ Certification Program or higher (HTCP Course Conductor or Master Course Conductor status).  *Equivalent training in the opinion of the HDCO member association will also be recognized.
• Must be a member of the Ontario Women’s Hockey Association
• May either be in a volunteer or professional capacity
• May be active or retired
• May be nominated any number of years, however, can only receive the Provincial award once
