It will be necessary for officials to have a current valid and current Vulnerable Sector Search on your profile in the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) in order to register for a clinic.
Check your profile in the HCR to ensure that a Police Check is current and on file.
For terminology purposes, VSC and VSS are one and the same document.
Log into your Spordle Account, click on the "Member" tab from the left, find your profile and click on the "View Profile".
Below your name and Association, you will see if your Vulnerable Sector Search and Declaration document has been submitted and validated.
IF YOU REQUIRE A NEW VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK (VSC) DOCUMENT, PLEAES ENSURE THAT YOU START THE PROCESS TO REQUEST ONE ASAP.
ALL VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK DOCUMENTS, MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE SCREENING SUBMISSION PORTAL TO BE VALIDATED.
PLEAES SEE THE DOCUMENTS BELOW FOR MORE INFORAMTION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS.
